About Reiki in Redcar
Reiki is a natural energy healing technique that originated in Japn and simply means the universal life energy that is all around us sustaining all life. It works to bring harmony and balance in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual way enhancing the body's ability to heal itself.
As a Reiki practitioner I am able to connect with the Reiki energy and channel it during the session to you while using the therapies of hypnotherapy, past life regression or EFT.
